An embodied way to Live, Learn, and Grow

Hello and welcome!

I’m so glad you’ve found your way to The Embodied Gen—a space created to support children, youth, parents, and educators in living more fully connected to their bodies and minds.

You might be wondering: what does “embodiment” really mean? For me, embodiment is about tuning into the whole experience of being alive—feeling how your body, emotions, thoughts and spirit come together to shape your day-to-day life. It’s about living with awareness of your bodymind, rather than just your mind.

At the heart of my work is Somatics, a gentle and practical way to listen deeply to what the body is telling you. Through Somatics you can often uncover what lives beneath the surface, which is essential for true wellbeing because it reconnects you to your inner wisdom, your power, and your freedom.

I started The Embodied Gen from a belief that every child and caregiver deserves to be seen, heard, and honoured for who they truly are. I strive to centre children’s voices through Childism—a movement that advocates for children’s rights and wellbeing. I celebrate Neurodiversity and challenge the usual norms that sometimes limit the way we understand brains, bodies, and behaviour.

I also deeply value the wellbeing of parents and educators. This journey is a shared one, because supporting families and learning communities takes collective care and connection.

The upcoming offerings are simple, accessible tools rooted in somatics, mindfulness, art, yoga, and childism. My goal is to help you live and move in ways that feel true to you, nurturing autonomy, agency, and joy.

I believe that embodiment is not just a practice, but a path to liberation—from old patterns, societal limits, and disconnection.

Thank you for being here while I grow this space and expand the offerings. I would love to hear from you if you have any feedback, requests, or just want to say hi.

Whether you’re just starting out or have been on this path for a while, I’m honoured to walk alongside you. Stay tuned for more stories, reflections, and practical tips to support embodied living for you and your community.

With warmth and hope
